auticon promotes Ivette Marina to Chief Operations Officer

WOODLAND HILLS, California, October 20, 2020 – auticon, a leading technology consultancy that employs adults on the autism spectrum, today announced the promotion of Ivette Marina to Chief Operations Officer, effective October 1. Ivette has 15 years of experience in social impact work. She received her B.A. at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in International Development Studies with minors in Political Science and Latin American Studies. Her career has included various senior leadership roles encompassing operations, program development, implementation, and execution. This included working with government agencies to accomplish economic development goals and with FDIC banks to implement corporate social responsibility programs at their branch locations across 13 states in the US.
Prior to joining auticon in 2018, Ivette was responsible for expansion strategy and execution, budget management, and program management as the Director of Product Development at Operation Hope. In this role, she led the efforts to expand the organization’s footprint from 12 offices to 43 offices in a span of 2 years.
